Horse:
(For an average 500 kg horse – divide into two meals daily)
- Light work: 1 – 1.5 kg/day
- Moderate work: 1.5 – 2 kg/day
- Heavy work / Pregnant mares: 2 – 3 kg/day
- Wranglers / Yearlings: 1 – 2 kg/day
Pony:
Feeding Guidelines (for ponies, ~300kg average)
• Light work: 0.5 – 1 kg/day
• Moderate work: 1 – 1.5 kg/day
• Heavy work: 1.5 – 2 kg/day
• Pregnant mares: 1.5 – 2 kg/day
• Young ponies: 0.5 – 1.5 kg/day
Feed in two meals daily. Introduce gradually for best digestion
